Heaven & Hell

THE BRIEF

Following the success of our 2025 event for this private client, we were invited to pitch and deliver their 2026 edition at the Peninsula London as part of IE Week 2026.

Working collaboratively with the client, we developed a fully bespoke “Heaven vs Hell” concept designed to immerse 1,000 guests in a high-impact networking environment. The experience began on arrival in the pre-function space, where guests were greeted by “The Almighty” and theatrically assigned to either Heaven or Hell. From there, they passed through custom-built gates and tunnels into the main room, which was dramatically split down the centre with contrasting theming on each side.

We delivered full-scale creative production, including bespoke entrance archways, immersive tunnels, custom-designed bars, a main stage, and large-scale ceiling installations. Alongside this, we built a tailored technical package incorporating sound, lighting, screens, and special effects to enhance the atmosphere and bring the concept to life.

The result was a bold, experiential event that combined theatrical storytelling with a premium networking setting, elevating the client’s IE Week presence for a second consecutive year.

OUR SERVICES: WHAT WE DELIVERED

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT:
We worked in close partnership with the client to develop a fully bespoke theme and immersive event concept, shaping the overall creative direction and guest experience from the outset.
FULL-SCALE PRODUCTION:
We designed and delivered the entire production build, including the main stage, two custom bars, bespoke ceiling installations, multiple entrance archways, screens, lighting, and all technical elements.
MUSIC CURATION::
We curated a tailored music programme, carefully selecting trusted DJs aligned with the client’s brief and securing Pete Tong as the headline act.
PERFORMER PROGRAMMING::
Drawing inspiration from The Box, Soho, we assembled a cast of 25+ high-impact performers and actors, complete with bespoke costumes, original scripted moments, and choreographed performances to create an immersive atmosphere.n
END-TO-END MANAGEMENT:
We oversaw all aspects of production, technical delivery, talent, performers, and media - managing the full lifecycle from build through to live event execution and derig.
